Prize Bingo
The committee would like to thank the members of Lesmahagow Miners Welfare for there attendance at our first Prize Bingo, the goodwill and generosity shown was greatly appreciate and hopefully we can have many more in the future. The committee would also like to thank the Village shops for there generous donations, Urban Style, Atwal Grocers, Abbeygreen Butchers, Sneddons Bakers, Roses & Ribbons, Billy Hamiltons, Stewarts (Fruit & Flowers), CO-OP and JJJ Hairdressers. A big thanks to Lesley Renton for her hard work in collecting the donations, Lyn Miller, Karen Steel Leigh Watt & Valerie Orr for there help with the raffles and, all other committee members who helped with the tea. One last thanks to the Miners Club and Margaret Hay and her band of helpers as the night could not have happened without there help, many thanks. We raised a fantastic £463.57 which I think goes to show the support in the village for the 50th Lesmahagow Highland Games. A big thank you from the committee to all concerned. |
